Paul Adams, Managing Director

Paul is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with over 18 years of experience in all aspects of accountancy, taxation and corporate business matters in the UK and internationally.

In 1992, Paul set up his own practice at Branston Adams to provide a combination of accountancy and business services aimed at helping local individuals and companies achieve their personal aspirations.

Paul’s sound business acumen along with a practical and conscientious approach has been the basis for consistently good growth performance of both his clients and the Branston Adams practice.

In 1999, he set up a partnership, SP Tax Ltd and Accounting Ltd, to provide tax and accounting services specifically for Danish Nationals living or investing in the UK.

Paul is also qualified to provide the ACCA Business Navigator service that provides valuable strategic direction and performance measures for growing businesses.

Exempt Regulated Activities

Branston Adams is regulated in the conduct of exempt regulated activities by the Association (ACCA) accordingly the nature of any regulated activities provided by the firm is limited in scope, where appropriate. If during the provision of professional services to you, you need advice on investments, we may have to refer you to someone who is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority which we are not.
