Paul Adams

Partner

Paul started his professional career locally in Camberley, qualifying in 1991 with Kenneth Porter Garland. He then worked for Menzies as a Business Manger and Tax Consultant. Paul started Branston Adams in 1998 and has always worked as a Practising Accountant. Today he specialises in owner managed businesses; professional practices (notably IFA’s; solicitors and surveyors); property matters; mergers and acquisitions; sales of businesses; together with all types of on-going commercial and business contracts.

Outside the office, Paul is a keen cricket coach and walker (and will happily talk about cricket for hours if allowed!). He enjoys trips to the cinema, going to the theatre and concerts.

Emily Joyce

UK Practice Manager

Having qualified in 2001 Emily joined Branston Adams in 2004 to be more hands on and add more value to the services she could provide her clients. Emily heads the team covering all aspects of audit, accounting and taxation services and loves the variety that her job provides.

In her spare time Emily is a keen mountain biker, but has to admit that when it is wet and muddy the only thing that keeps her going is the thought of a beer at the end of the ride!

Richard Luff

Accounts Senior and Payroll Manager

Richard trained with a local firm of chartered accountants before joining Branston Adams in March 2010. He is currently an Accounts and Payroll Manager dealing with accountancy, audit, bookkeeping, VAT and payroll matters for a variety of clients. Richard also manages our sister company SP Tax Limited.

In his spare time Richard enjoys playing football and golf - both of which he is still trying to master!

Adam Harris

Accounts Senior

Adam joined the Branston Adams team in July 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained within the International Banking sector. He is currently an Accounts Senior dealing with accountancy, audit, bookkeeping, VAT and taxation matters on behalf of Branston Adams clients.

Outside of work Adam is an avid Football and Motorsports fan with a keen interest in travelling to the far flung corners of the world.

Lin Copson

Business Development Manager

Lin joined Branston Adams in June 2008 to support Paul in managing the activities of the firm. This includes a wide variety of roles, such as Sales and Marketing, HR, Company Formations, managing the Residents Associations and dealing with the firm’s own internal accounting records. Lin’s background is in Telecoms with over 20 years Corporate sales experience.

Outside of work, Lin is actively involved in the Salesian College PTA and Farnborough Rugby Club. In her spare time she enjoys making stained glass objects and unwinds with a large glass of Chardonnay!

Dan Churchill

Trainee Accounts Assistant

Dan is an accounts trainee having joined in May 2011 and he will start his AAT course in September. When visiting our offices, Dan is usually the client’s first point of contact and will make a nice tea or coffee upon arrival.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing football and going on long runs - he hopes to join the London marathon next year.
